Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer shipping within the United States via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions.
International Shipping

Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at cloudcheeksofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order. If the package cannot be found, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
