At CloudCheeks, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been inflated and used are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at cloudcheeksofficial@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing time, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cloudcheeksofficial@gmail.com.
